End-to-end, AI-driven platform for account based digital marketing.

Digital marketing tech stacks are a bloated set of loosely integrated (and costly) products. This project aimed to bring key needs of account-based digital marketers into a single platform where AI can be thoughtfully applied to optimize workflows and personalize the customer journey.

Extensible to rendered page editing.

With familiarity being key, but design control also being paramount, we designed the page editor to work on templated pages or rendered, one-off page types. This way our marketers can feel the same comfort editing an actual web page as they can any basic document.

Familiar and collaborative content creation.

We wanted to pull users off of Google Docs, which means we wanted to recreate the best parts of it while also improving where it did not create any type of learning curve or uncertainty. Everything here lives where they would expect it to live, but newer features like AI tools and workflow automation are seamlessly integrated.

Accessible, down-to-the-scroll page analytics.

The the page content being the centerpiece of the CMS, we realized that the page performance must also be granular enough to know exactly how people are interacting with it and if it’s contributing to company goals. This is why analytics were applied onto every page to see scroll depth, overall performance, and performance of specific assets.
